Leadership at Jacobsen
Courage
The Lady Huskies participated in a leadership retreat at Jacobsen Elementary school focusing on Courage. The Lady Huskies worked with 6th grade students during the Courage Retreat to help build a more inclusive school community by encouraging students to accept people for who they are, resist following the crowd, and act with moral courage despite their fears. This was the second year the girls participated in the retreat and it countinues to have a big impact on all the players.
