Open Gyms begin Monday August 2nd. Open Gyms will be every Monday and Wed. from 5-7pm.
Weight training will begin Wed. Aug. 4th. Weights will be every Wed. and Fri. from 2:30-3:30pm in the gym weight room.

Katrina Ottesen has verbally commited to play basketball next year at Central Arizona Community College. she will sign her letter of intent Wed. April 14th.

Sidney Parsons Named 2008-09 ECC Women's Basketball Scholar-Athlete of the Year
Central Islip, NY-University of Bridgeport junior guard Sidney Parsons (Chandler, AZ) has been named the 2008-09 East Coast Conference Women's Basketball Scholar-Athlete of the Year. Parsons, a psychology and sociology major, has maintained a perfect 4.0 grade point average in her six semesters on campus. A three-year starter, Sidney led the team this past season in assists (106) and minutes played per game (36.1), along with ranking second in both scoring and steals. A two-year co-captain, she has been named to the ESPN the Magazine/CoSIDA Academic All-District First Team for the past two seasons. Additionally, Parsons is a Rhodes Scholar nominee and serves as Residential Advisor in her dorm.
